InteLegal Consultants is a private regulatory compliance consultancy based in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. We are not part of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), the Legal Metrology department, or any state Pollution Control Board.

We work on your behalf to prepare, file, and track your compliance applications on the relevant government portals — but the actual certificate or approval is always issued by the government authority, not by us. When you see "CPCB EPR Certificate" or "BIS CRS Registration", those come from the government. We are the people who got you there.

2. Approval Timelines Are Estimates, Not Promises

The timelines we publish — such as LMPC in 15–30 days, or EPR in 30–45 days — are based on our experience with current government processing speeds. We have done thousands of these applications, so our estimates are reasonably accurate. But government portals go down, officers get reassigned, policy interpretations shift, and sometimes a department just moves slowly for a while. None of that is in our hands.

We will always chase your application actively and keep you updated. But we cannot commit to a specific date on the government's calendar.
